The American Cancer Society

The American Cancer Society is making a difference every day in the lives of people touched by cancer through its advocacy, education and fundraising activities. Contributions to the American Cancer Society help fund research programs, education, advocacy and services that help the American Cancer Society advance its mission-the elimination of cancer. The American Cancer Society sponsors such events as Relay for Life (which raises money for the American Cancer Society) and Strides for a Cure (which raises money to benefit breast cancer advocacy, specifically).
